I heartily thank Amit to help me for coping anxiety issues that had taken control over me. However, after speaking to him and it was the first session I felt so good and was filled with positive energy. Also, you gave some actions which will be reviewed in other sessions that have helped me a lot. I was only planning to do things that make me happy however it was never getting executed, however, you had motivated me and I can see myself executing a couple of tasks.
